• operate, protect, and improve the public website and its form delivery.

Trackline relies on service providers to host the website and deliver form submissions. Their own privacy terms also apply to their handling of that information.

Retention and protection

Trackline does not state a fixed retention period for Alpha submissions. Retention may depend on why the information was submitted, ongoing Alpha communication, service operations, and applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
