Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled on Trackline’s public website and through its Alpha interest form.
Last updated September 4, 2026
Information you provide
When you submit the Alpha form, Trackline receives the name, email address, and optional message you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message field.
How information is used
Trackline may use the information you submit to:
- respond to your message or Alpha interest;
- manage invitations and updates related to the Trackline Alpha; and
- operate, protect, and improve the public website and its form delivery.
Service providers
Trackline relies on service providers to host the website and deliver form submissions. Those providers may process routine technical information, such as IP address, browser details, and request data, as needed to provide and protect their services. Their own privacy terms also apply to their handling of that information.
Retention and protection
Trackline does not state a fixed retention period for Alpha submissions. Retention may depend on why the information was submitted, ongoing Alpha communication, service operations, and applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your questions and choices
To ask a privacy question or request help with information you submitted, use the Alpha form and describe your request in the optional message field. Trackline may need to verify enough information to respond appropriately.
Scope and changes
This policy covers the current public marketing site and Alpha interest form. Product features may require additional privacy information before release. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
